Mechanism: fitting to complete product series in any field
Our mechanical parts including all adjuster, e.g. Gemini track, locking device, height-adjust device as well as manual & power seat recliner and arm-rest recliner.
Our front seat module structure(MS) based on the Core Products Policy(CPP) adopts module parts to eliminate both development cost and time to maximize the investment saving, while reducing technology risks and improving quality.
Rear seat s adopt module platform solutions advantaged from the most advanced manufacturing technology involving station presser (Highest press: 1,600T) and laser welding, etc., which help enhance the assembly efficiency.

Foaming: Comfortable, various styles and equipped with passenger position system
We are the leading supplier of foaming & PIP head-rest.
We adopt MDI and TDI low-temperature hardening foaming technology and PIP (pour-in-place) technology.
We initiate HC foam, a new seat foaming with high durability. Compared with traditional seat foam, it improves the comfort of passengers with outstanding feature. The advanced anti-vibration foaming greatly improves the comfort of passengers, durability and process of seating.

Trim: Worldwide plants with excellent products
Our classic technology can provide OEMs new design opportunities with their own brand feature.
When the first foam appeared, we started the developing process of traditional cutting and sewing and adopted CAD model design to trim producing. Afterward, samples were used to optimize the fabric cutting efficiency for maximum material-saving. Finally, the material was sewed together to make the trim.

Reliable Safety System
e.g. riACT rear crash active headrest improves the neck protection.
OEMs regard riACT as the best headrest. The front of headrest can be moved forward and upward, helping to shorten the distance between head and headrest when crashing occurs. We provide two options: passenger-drive version and ECU triggered version.
